Welcome to 2010, and the first release of the year for Colophon. We introduce Fortescue, a standard six-weight family, as well as a fully featured pro set is also available.

26/10/09:
The opening of the Colophon Press. A single colour Risograph RP3700 printing press with 9 colours available. Available for small print runs and collaborations.

05/10/09:
Releasing Pantograph, an authentic redraw of the typeface employed by the British pantograph etching process. Designed by Hamish Makgill in a single weight & available to buy now.

10/07/09:
At long last our 'Type Proofer' is now ready for use. It is integrated into each font page and a global proofer is also available here. Our new typeface – Montefiore is now available to buy in two weights. Regular Condensed and Bold Condensed. 23/06/09:
The final cut of Reader will only be sold 50 times (each ZIP file is numbered) – once they are gone, they are gone! Reader black comes with a full latin character set, uppercase only! An ultra thick black cut with bevelled edges for use at larger point sizes. Perfect for that headline!

22/05/09:
We are happy to announce the release of the full base family of Reader. Now available in Regular, Regular Italic, Medium, Medium Italic, Bold and Bold Italic. Available to buy here. We have also updated with a new specimen book: Fortescue.

29/04/09:
In under two weeks we will release the Reader family in 6 weights: Regular, Regular Italic, Medium, Medium Italic, Bold, Bold Italic. A limited edition cut of Heavy will be released also but limited to 50 copies. We will be offering this release first to those who have signed up to the newsletter (with a discount for a limited time) via email. Please sign up here.

A specimen book for Perfin will also be released, and a preview of a new typeface: Fortescue – in the form of a specimen book.

07/04/09:
We plan to release Reader regular, monospace, bold and italicised versions in a month. We also have a geometric rounded face going by the name of Blip in production. Please register your interest in our newsletter.
