Third Parties

We will not pass your details onto any third-party provider, only in specific situations such as those listed below:


⁕ If you order a physical product (book, poster or product) from our website, we will pass the data onto the Royal Mail post office, where it will only be utilised temporarily to process the order.

⁕ Our accountancy software Kashflow. We pass on information on purchasing (name, address and products purchased) to our third party accounting software. We can confirm that these third parties are GDPR compliant.

⁕ Our mailing list is hosted by Campaign Monitor, a secure GDPR compliant third-party.

⁕ All our payments are hosted by Braintree, a division of Paypal, and are GDPR compliant.

⁕ If you are in the EU and enter a VAT number during the checkout process, your VAT number will be passed to VIES, our VAT validation provider VIES. No other personal identifiable information will be passed on to this service.

Access to Information and the Right to be Forgotten

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act (1998) gives you the right to access the information that we hold about you. Should you wish to receive details that we hold about you please contact us using the contact details below. We will happily supply the data.

If you license our typeface products for usage on any mediums, and ask to be forgotten this may infringe your license agreement with AS & EH Partnership Ltd and Colophon Foundry to utilise the fonts you have licensed in the past.
